The Varsity Lady Warriors (16-4) hosted YUHSG in the third game of the 16th Annual Captain Hyman P. Galbut Girls Basketball Tournament, and played great while cruising to a 54-32 Victory! Sophie Lurie and Brielle Katz led the Lady Warriors with 12 points and 4 steals each while teammate Yakira Wolfson added 10 points and 12 rebounds. Eliana Wolfson added 7 points and 5 rebounds for the Lady Warriors and teammate Abigail Horowitz was a spark off the bench with 4 points and 4 steals. Lizzy Ebner, Eliana Rosenberg, Aliyah Katz and Lily Abrahams completed the scoring with 2 points each. The Lady Warriors now will host #3 seed YULA. Tipoff is set for 12:45 PM and the game will be played in our gymnasium.
