The best student-created holiday ever! Back in 2018, our then-5th graders, now our incredible seniors, dreamed up a holiday in Cheshvan: Yom Tzahal. What started as a creative class project has grown into a beloved Hebrew Academy tradition that we look forward to every year. This year, our amazing B’not Sherut transformed campus into a full IDF-style experience, complete with stations, challenges, and ceremonies designed to give students a sense of teamwork, pride, and connection to Israel. Students moved through themed stations including Boot Camp, IDF trivia, beret and sign decorating, cupcake decorating, and more. Each grade represented a different Tzahal division with its own color. The day wrapped up with a special graduation ceremony. Categories (tags): Early ChildhoodElementaryHigh SchoolIsraelMiddle School
