This week, our 5th grade students explored the intersection of athletics, business, and innovation through presentations from members of the Hebrew Academy community.

HA alumna Fanny Hanono shared her entrepreneurial journey and experiences as the CEO of an automotive parts company. Irwin Raij, father of four Hebrew Academy students, introduced students to the business of sports and discussed the legal complexities involved in developing stadiums across the country. Dave Barouche, also a father of four Hebrew Academy students, taught students about physical therapy, the importance of stretching, and his work inventing athletic equipment.

Through these real-world connections, students gained valuable insight into the many career paths that support the world of sports and business.
