Bubbling Over with Science in Middle School

In 7th grade science, students explored chemical reactions by measuring and mixing hydrogen peroxide with yeast to create the famous “elephant toothpaste” experiment. Our 6th graders also took part in this exciting activity, using it as a hands-on introduction to experimentation and the scientific method.
