Our 8th graders have just returned from an incredible week in Washington, D.C., filled with meaningful experiences and fun. Throughout the trip, they explored powerful exhibits at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, toured the city’s iconic monuments and memorials, and visited the renowned Smithsonian Museums. They also enjoyed some well-deserved downtime with bowling, arcade games, and a full day at Busch Gardens. A guided tour of Colonial Williamsburg added a hands-on historical experience before they headed home Thursday night. It was a special week of learning, bonding, and making lasting memories!
