High School Physical Education Workout Videos

Week of April 27- May 1st

Monday 04/27: Red Reaper Workout

Tuesday 04/28: Superhero HIIT Workout

Wednesday 04/29: The Sixth Order Workout

Thursday 04/30: Cardio Max Workout

Friday 05/01: Barbarian Workout

I would like each student to complete 7 rounds with 2 minutes of rest in between for each workout. I would like the exercise work to be continuous so it gets their heart rates up as high as possible during each set.

 

Week of April 20th- 25th  

Monday 04/20: Hotsauce HIIT Workout 

Tuesday 04/21: Clean Sweep Workout

Wednesday 04/22: No Surrender Workout

Thursday 04/23: Ricochet Workout 

Friday 04/24: Cardio Supreme Workout

Wednesday 04/01: Yoga for Men Workout #2

Thursday 04/02: 20 Min HIIT Workout

Friday 04/03: Yoga for Men Workout #3
