Online Re-Enrollment is Here!

Dear Parents,

The first half of the school year has been a time of excitement, learning and growth across all four divisions. It’s hard to believe that it’s already time for re-enrollment for the 2018-2019 academic year.

We are very pleased that so many new families enrolled this year, and we feel that is due in great measure to the confidence you have placed in us and in your enthusiasm for sharing your positive feelings about Hebrew Academy with friends and neighbors. It is a fact that the more students we have in the school, the more evenly our expenses can be distributed. Each member of our school community can be an ambassador to attract more students to the Hebrew Academy. Our excellent dual-curriculum academic program makes our graduates very desirable to the top yeshivot and seminaries in Israel and the premier universities in the nation.   

In our continued effort to go GREEN, we have automated our re-enrollment process. You will now be registering and submitting your 2018-2019 tuition contract online this year.  During the week of January 8, 2018, you will be receiving an email with a link to your personalized re-enrollment/tuition contract.  With this new system, each student will have a separate contract.  For example, a family with two students in the school will receive two contracts, one per child.  Please note that only one contract form submission can be completed per child per family. For that reason, in the case of a 2-parent household, the re-enrollment form will be emailed to the mother. We anticipate many classes to be at capacity next year and encourage you to complete the enrollment process and submit the appropriate payment either online by credit card or in person by cash or check by the deadline. Please note that the enrollment agreement is a binding contract that includes very important information about your financial obligations and withdrawal deadlines. Please read it carefully before signing.

Please submit your electronically signed contract, with the $500 per student non-refundable registration deposit, by January 31, 2018
If paying by credit card online, please note that there will be a transaction and credit card processing fee.  The only way you can ensure your child’s spot in his or her classroom is with a submitted contract and deposit by the deadline. Note that formal resource and enrichment programs (such as AEP and Zaniac) are not included in tuition and are billed separately.
