High School Students Represent Colombia at Yeshiva University's National Model UN Competition

On Sunday, February 10, the Hebrew Academy sent a delegation of 6 students to participate in the 29th Yeshiva University Model United Nations. Representing Colombia in a contest of international affairs, Seniors Joseph Abrahams, Elisheva Adouth, and Yakov Schwab teamed with Sophomores Alina Sterenfeld, Yosef Fruhman, and Menachem Levy to pass resolutions in several committees that mirrored real-life global issues.  After two days of intense debate and negotiation, our delegates passed several resolutions to fix international crises.
