High School Students Attend the Israel American Council National Summit

Thanks to the help of Israel American Council (IAC) for Action Executive Director and HA parent, Joe Sabag, our high school students were able to attend the opening ceremony of the IAC National Summit. This summit is the most high-profile and largest gathering in the Jewish world. Our students, Ariela Jaimovich (10th grade) , David Leubitz (12th grade), and Moshe Dov Brecher Lachs (11th grade) were accompanied by Morah Sara Weinberg, and enjoyed an amazing range of speakers and performers. They heard Gilad Erdan, Israel ambassador to the UN, Nir Barkat, the former Mayor of Jerusalem. They also listened to Col. Golan Vach, who headed the Champlain tower search, sing a song in memory of the disaster victims. It was an incredible experience and inspiring gathering.
