Fifth Grader Tova Bossewitch Wins 1st Place with her Interactive Game Food Hunt in the 4th Annual Code Art Competition

Congratulations to Fifth Grade student Tova Bossewitch for winning first place on her interactive coding project submitted to Code/Art Miami (a local all girls coding competition). Tova was chosen first out of 50 participants in her age category! Competitors were from area private and charter schools. Our school was the only Jewish day school competitor. Tova learned how to code through her enrollment in Zaniac our STEM enrichment program. Way to go Tova!

Congratulations also goes out to the following students who submitted their projects for the competition as well:

Claudia Ohana - Fifth Grade
Esther Laoui - Fourth Grade
Emma Szafranski - Third Grade
Romi Twito - Third Grade

We are looking forward to seeing what the girls create next year!
